This opportunity would particularly suit a first-time mover from practice, an Audit Senior, or someone with a strong technical accounting background who is looking to take the next step into a more commercial and people-focused position. As Senior Management Accountant, you will act as a senior member of the finance team, providing day-to-day guidance, coaching, and support to Management Accountants, Assistant Management Accountants and Finance Assistants. You will play a key role in ensuring the month-end process runs smoothly, financial reporting is accurate, and junior team members continue to develop professionally. You''ll be confident challenging information, presenting findings to senior stakeholders, and discussing financial performance directly with the CFO and wider leadership team.
