We are seeking a proactive Health and Safety Lead to take charge of all UK operations at a manufacturing site. This is a unique opportunity to establish robust safety processes, enhance compliance, and drive a lasting safety culture across multiple sites including Wigan, Epping, and Scunthorpe. The successful HandS Lead will: Develop and implement HandS systems and procedures.Lead safety audits, risk assessments, and machinery safety reviews on all sites.Collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve machine guarding and engineering controls.Deliver practical safety training and coach managers to embed safety practices.Drive behavioural change initiatives, fostering a proactive safety culture. You will need: NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent, with strong machinery safety knowledge.Practical experience in manufacturing environments, with construction or engineering backgrounds advantageous.Ability to work independently and manage safety initiatives across multiple locations.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
