We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join our Client’s dealership in Gloucester.

Our Client is offering the successful General Sales Manager up to £75000 OTE.

- Working hours from 8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday, with a scheduled day off in the week every week and 8:30am-5:30pm on Saturdays. 45-hour week and no Sundays required! 

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
- Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
- Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our clients, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
- Sell and Buy Vehicles

Requirements:

- Have a proven track record within a the role
- Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
- Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
