SEN Teaching Assistants - Secondary School

Remedy Education is seeking two experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support secondary-aged pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and challenging behaviour in a specialist SEN setting.
This is a fantastic opportunity for confident, resilient and patient individuals who are passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and helping them reach their full potential.
The ideal candidates will:
Have a minimum of 1 year''s SEN experience.
Be confident managing challenging behaviour and responding calmly to difficult situations.
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ideally have previous experience working in a specialist SEN setting.
Be patient, adaptable and committed to providing consistent support tailored to pupils'' individual needs.
Experience supporting pupils with ASD and understanding different behavioural needs will be particularly valuable.
