They have an international presence and offer compliance services for complex clients through to delivering exciting projects of an advisory nature.In our growing Peterborough based Tax team you will get exposure to a portfolio of mixed practice clients and will undertake work including personal and corporate tax compliance, as well as a range of advisory engagements. Examples include (but are not limited to) corporate reorganisations, business sales and acquisitions, tax due diligence, share incentives, RandD tax, inheritance and capital gains tax planning, and other ad-hoc projects.What will I be doing?As a

Tax Manager

you will have ownership of the following tasks:Managing your own portfolio of clients, monitoring WIP and client costsPlanning jobs, instructing juniors and reviewing their work, ensuring the provision of constructive feedback at all timesUndertaking and supervising tax compliance and advisory work so that it requires final review onlyProviding effective tax planning advice to clients, both direct to clients and through Audit and Accounts team portfolio managers throughout the firmDisplaying pro-active awareness of current relevant legislation, compliance standards and potential advantages, relating them to client situationsAssisting with proposals and presentations to potential clientsWhat experience do I need?Whilst having the following experience is advantageous, we value passion and potential.
