If so, this opportunity could be perfect for you.Academics Ltd are partnering with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Swindon that is seeking dedicated individuals to support students with complex needs. You will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis, helping them engage with learning and feel safe, supported, and understood.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide tailored support to students with complex needs.Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.Demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.Build trusting relationships to help pupils feel secure and confident.Support teaching staff in delivering personalised learning activities.Ideal CandidatePrevious experience working in a school or educational setting (desirable but not essential).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Well-organised with strong attention to detail.Calm, resilient, and able to manage challenging behaviour effectively.Holds a clean and up-to-date DBS check or is willing to obtain one.What We OfferCompetitive pay rate: £85-£105 per day, depending on experience.A fantastic opportunity for aspiring educational psychologists, ..... full job details .....
