The ideal candidate will possess previous experience of working in a Conveyancingdepartment. About the RoleActing as a professional first point of contact for clients/developers/brokers Processing client''s initial onboarding documentation, carrying out ID Checks, reviewing proof of funds and progressing matters through the early stages of new build transactionsProviding quotes to prospective clients using our online quote toolLand Registry Direct system application formsCompleting Local Authority, Chancel, and other relevant pre-exchange searchesPreparing completion statements Dealing with LISA and HTB ISA withdrawals Dealing with NHBC Warranty portals Preparing Stamp Duty Land Tax Forms and Land Registry forms Building up a good rapport with Estate Agents and other partiesAbout YouIdeally two years or more working within a Conveyancing department carrying out Residential Conveyancing transactionsExperience supporting multiple Fee EarnersNew build experience would be useful, but not essential Confident, clear, and articulate communication skills both orally and in writingAbility to work in a planned and organised way with the ability to multitaskExperience of using InfoTrack case management training will be provided A team player BenefitsCompetitive ..... full job details .....
