Industrial Electrician - Conveyor InstallationLocation: Pontarddulais, Swansea Duration: 1 Week Start Date: 19th October Job DescriptionShorterm Group are currently looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician to support a conveyor installation project in Pontarddulais. This is holiday cover while one of the existing team is away.The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation, with previous experience working on conveyor systems, electrical control panels and AS-i (Actuator Sensor Interface) networks.Key Responsibilities- Electrical installation of industrial conveyor systems.- Working with electrical control panels, including wiring and terminations.- Installation and connection of AS-i networks and associated components.- Wiring and terminating motors, sensors and other automation equipment.- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics.- Working alongside mechanical and electrical installation teams to ensure project deadlines are met.- Ensuring all work is completed to relevant electrical and site safety standards.Essential Requirements- Valid JIB Gold Card.- Previous experience working within industrial automation environments.- Good working knowledge of AS-i systems.- Experience working with electrical control panels.- Previous conveyor installation experience.- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.- Ability to work independently and as part of an installation team.How to ApplyIf you are an experienced ..... full job details .....
