Property Manager Basic salary £32,000. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays from 8.30am to 4.00pm with then a full day off in lieu (5 day working week). You should be working within Residential Property Management. Primarily, the successful individual will be dealing with all maintenance based issues on a property portfolio. Deal with initial complaints at early stages, where appropriate and able. Referral of sales leads.
