Hybrid working:

The places you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role

Good experience in SAP S/4 HANA modules including SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), SAP Material Management (MM), SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Design and implement effective automation test strategies and plans for SAP applications and integrations.

Good knowledge of Automation Testing especially with TOSCA automation tool

Assist in developing and maintaining automation frameworks for SAP using Tricentis TOSCA tool

Manage and mentor a team of automation engineers, foster collaborative work environment, and enhance team performance

Collaborate with developers, analysts, and other team members to integrate automation assets into CI/CD pipelines using tools like TOSCA Server, Jenkins or similar

Manage versions of test automation assets in code repositories like GIT

Ensure proper defect management processes and adherence to test life cycles for automated testing

Knowledge in Test Management tool especially on Tricentis qTest and ensure Testing is on track as per project plan

Lead the Automation Testing and produce necessary documentation and reports for SIT and UAT, through automation reporting into the Test Manager

Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, providing guidance and expertise in SAP test automation

The candidate must be eligible for Security Clearance (SC) with residency requirements in the UK

Your Skills And Experience

Good experience of leading SAP E2E Automation testing (internal to SAP and externally to non-SAP Systems)

Good knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Modules, especially FICO, MM, SCM

Expertise in test automation tools, especially Tricentis Tosca

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automation assets with tools like TOSCA Server

Familiarity with test management tools like qTest, and ability to produce reports to stakeholders

Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and experience mentoring team members

Knowledge of test life cycles, defect management, risk/issue identification, and test metrics

ISTQB/ISEB Foundation level (or willingness to obtain)

Flexibility to travel and work at various locations during the project

UK national status and eligibility for security clearance

Your security clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. This includes residency and eligibility criteria as part of the process.
