Ref: 24977Installation and Maintenance Engineer - The Role: Provide advanced technical support, diagnosing and troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical and software issues Lead installation, maintenance and service projects for inspection and automation machines Oversee system performance, conduct audits and ensure reliability and optimal operation Mentor and train junior engineers on systems, troubleshooting and best practices Maintain detailed documentation of service work, system configurations and maintenance activities Build strong customer relationships, explain technical issues clearly and deliver excellent support Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, company policies and industry standards Collaborate with design and development teams to improve systems and resolve technical challenges Travel nationally and internationally (up to 8 trips per year, typically up to 2 weeks) for installations and servicing Support workshop-based system builds and provide remote customer assistance when not travelling Installation and Maintenance Engineer - The ..... full job details .....
