We re looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of multiple schemes as part of a major AMP8 water infrastructure framework across the Hampshire and Sussex region. This long-term programme involves a diverse range of clean and wastewater upgrades spanning pipelines, pumping stations, treatment works, and associated civil infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work as part of a regional delivery team responsible for driving the commercial performance of multiple projects, ranging in value from £250k to £10m+. It will suit someone experienced in working on frameworks, with excellent stakeholder skills and the ability to manage a variety of subcontractor packages simultaneously. The Role Oversee commercial management across a portfolio of water infrastructure projects under the AMP8 programme. Produce accurate CVRs, forecasts, applications for payment, and monthly cost/value reports. Lead on subcontractor procurement, negotiation, administration, and commercial performance tracking. Manage contract compliance across NEC and IChemE forms and ensure reporting is aligned with client frameworks. Drive cost efficiency, track commercial opportunities, and ensure financial risk is effectively managed. Work closely with delivery teams to align commercial targets with operational progress.
