Based in the Hinckley area, they offer a fast-paced, innovative culture and excellent opportunities for professional growth.DescriptionThe Senior Management Accountant''s duties will include but are not limited to:Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely management accounts, with robust review of PandL, balance sheet and cash flow reporting.Take ownership of balance sheet integrity, including reconciliations, control reviews, audit trails and the prompt resolution of discrepancies.Support statutory reporting, external audits, VAT and tax compliance, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met across the business.Monitor cash flow and working capital performance, partnering with accounts payable and credit control teams to optimise liquidity and reporting accuracy.Develop and support the finance team while driving continuous improvement, standardisation and accountability across finance processes.Contribute to ..... full job details .....
