Fire Sprinkler Contracts ManagerWillenhall £60K - £75K (DOE) + Company CarPermanentWorking with a growing Fire Protection company who are on the lookout for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Contracts Manager to join their team based in Willenhall.As a Sprinkler Contracts Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of sprinkler system installations for commercial and industrial projects. You will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities Fire Sprinkler Contracts Manager Manage all aspects of sprinkler system installation projects from inception to completion.Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and local codes.Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.Foster a collaborative and positive work environment among project teams.Have an understanding of LPCB, BSEN 12845, BSEN 9990 and BSEN 9251Carry out and produce QA DocumentsMonitor programs to ensure that client expectations and targets are metAttend weekly progress meetings at our head office at least once a week Qualifications and Experience Fire Sprinkler Contracts Manager Solid working knowledge of fire sprinkler standards and ..... full job details .....
