Role Overview

A local school in Gosport is looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join their site team. You''ll help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors. This role is ideal for someone with previous cleaning experience who takes pride in their work and can work independently.

• General cleaning duties - classrooms, corridors, offices, toilets and communal areas

• Surface sanitising - wiping desks, touch points and shared equipment

• Floor care - vacuuming, sweeping and mopping

• Waste management - emptying bins and disposing of rubbish safely

• Restocking supplies - paper towels, soap, toilet rolls

• Following safeguarding and hygiene standards

• Enhanced DBS (must be current or willing to obtain one)

• Previous cleaning experience (school or commercial preferred)

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

• Good attention to detail

• Reliability and professionalism
