Berkeley-Scott is looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porters to join our busy agency team for a variety of catering assignments starting in September.

You''ll have the opportunity to work in schools across Reading, as well as with a range of catering companies, offering flexible agency work to fit around your availability while gaining experience in different catering environments.

Pay: andpound;12.71 per hour

What you''ll be doing:

• 
  

  Washing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.

• 
  

  Keeping kitchens, food preparation areas, and storage spaces clean, organised, and hygienic.

• 
  

  Supporting chefs and catering teams with basic food preparation when required.

• 
  

  Assisting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored safely.

• 
  

  Helping maintain a safe, efficient, and well-organised kitchen environment.

What we''re looking for:

• 
  

  Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or within a catering environment is beneficial but not essential.

• 
  

  An Enhanced DBS certificate.

• 
  

  Two professional references.

• 
  

  The right to work in the UK.

• 
  

  A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well as part of a team.

• 
  

  A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be an advantage, although this is not essential.
