Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HLTA to join our team. The successful candidate will work in Key Stage 1/2 classrooms and provide support to teachers, helping to deliver engaging and effective lessons at a Primary School in Edgbaston, Birmingham. Key Responsibilities:Supporting teachers in the delivery of the curriculumLeading small group interventionsProviding one-to-one support for pupilsCovering classes in the absence of the teacherEncouraging and supporting pupils in their learningManaging behaviour in line with the school''s behaviour policy Requirements:The ability to match the required standards and be able to demonstrate the relatable experience of a Higher level Teaching AssistantExperience working in primary school settingsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsA positive and proactive attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA passion for education and helping children to reach their potentialHold a valid DBS or be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.Provide a CV with employment/education history included.
