We are partnering with a large, ambitious and growing international group to recruit a Head of Reporting and FPandA. This is a highly visible position, reporting directly to the Group Finance Director and working closely with senior leadership and board stakeholders across the business. Based in Birmingham, West Midlands, this role offers an outstanding opportunity for a technically strong, ACA qualified reporting professional who enjoys financial reporting and controls but is keen to broaden their commercial exposure through FPandA, strategic decision support and MandA activity. The successful candidate will lead the group reporting function while playing an increasingly influential role in budgeting, forecasting, business partnering, commercial analysis and strategic growth initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Group Reporting Lead the monthly close and consolidated reporting process. Manage the annual external audit and statutory reporting cycle. Act as the technical accounting lead (FRS102), overseeing complex accounting matters and group accounting policies. Ensure robust financial controls and governance across the organisation.
