Machine Operative Join Our Growing Team Our company is growing and expanding, and we have many opportunities to join our production team in Co. Armagh. Our fast-growing business makes innovative chocolates, snacks and granola under our Forest Feast, Acti-Snack and Just Live a Little brands, sold throughout the UK and Ireland. As demand for our products continues to increase, we are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Machine Operatives to join our friendly team and help us increase our production capacity. The Role As a Machine Operative, you will work as part of our production team to ensure that our snacks are prepared, packed and ready for customers. Your main duties will include: - Running machinery and equipment to customer specifications - Interpreting the production plan to maximise efficiencies and assisting with LEAN projects to reduce waste and cost - Preparing essential paperwork to ensure full traceability of production from raw material to finished and packed goods - Working in a safe manner with due consideration for personal Health and Safety and that of co-workers at all times - Allergen, food hygiene, HACCP, Pest Control, LEAN and BRC (training will be given) - Cleaning of area on a routine basis - Any other duties as required to fulfil the company needs About You We are looking for someone who: - Is reliable, punctual and willing to learn - Works well as part of a team - Can follow instructions and work carefully - Has good attention to detail - ..... full job details .....
