Air Personnel are looking for a B1.3 Licensed Engineer (Equal Time) to join their client in Kidlington Description/Overall purpose of the Job for the B1.3 Licensed Engineer As a B1 Licensed Engineer, you''ll be responsible for the certification of maintenance and repairs on a variety of Airbus rotorcraft, including the popular H125, H135, H145 and the new H160. You will be placed on an equal time (7 day on 7 day off) roster supporting both line and base activities. Main responsibilities Accomplishment of Maintenance inspections and repairs as directed by Maintenance Supervisors. This is a certifying role that requires a Part 66 License in B1.3 (Turbine Rotorcraft). The ability to work as a team leader and to high standards to ensure continued safe operation of the aircraft. Working knowledge of UK CAA regulations most importantly Part 145, Part M and UK ANO requirements is essential. Completion of maintenance, including airframe structure, power plant and mechanical and electrical systems. Replacement of avionic line replaceable units, requiring simple tests to prove their serviceability. Supervision of maintenance fitters and the certification of their work.
