This is a leadership role focused on operational excellence, team performance, and project delivery across quantitative healthcare research programmes. The business combines the agility and specialist expertise of a healthcare research consultancy with the backing and scale of a global organisation, delivering research and healthcare data services to pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare clients across Europe and beyond. The Opportunity This role leads the UK and European Quant Operations function, overseeing the delivery of quantitative healthcare research projects that support clinical trials, healthcare studies, and pharmaceutical research initiatives. Importantly, this is not a research design or insights role.
