We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our client s team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident managing payroll processes independently and is looking for a flexible role based in Norwich, with convenient access to the city centre and free on-site parking.Interviews available - ASAP start date Payroll Clerk (Part-Time)Location: Norwich (close to city centre)Hours: hours per weekSalary: £13.84 £16.41 per hour (dependent on experience)Type: Ongoing temporary - opportunity for Temp to perm Duties: Take full responsibility for running payroll from start to finish each pay cycleKeep employee payroll records up to date, including starters, leavers, and any changesProcess all aspects of pay, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, sick pay, holiday pay, and statutory paymentsEnsure payroll is accurate, on time, and in line with company policiesStay compliant with UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirementsManage year-end payroll tasks, including preparing and submitting P60s, P11Ds and P11D(b)Handle pension administration, including auto-enrolment, contributions, and liaising with providersProduce payroll reports and reconciliation''s for HR, Finance, and managementSupport month-end activities such as payroll journals and headcount reporting Requirements: Proven, up-to-date experience in end-to-end payroll processingStrong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and statutory requirementsExperience ..... full job details .....
