Duties for this Family Legal Assistant role:Proactively manage Fee Earner diaries,Handle new client enquiries, initiate and complete the setup of new matters, and carry out all onboarding and due diligence proceduresAccurately transcribe, print, and process dictationsEfficiently organise, scan, and e-file documents within the Case Management System, while also maintaining up-to-date and well-ordered paper files.Oversee the monthly billing processProcess payment requests and record financial transactionsManage the opening and archiving of both physical and digital client files.Greet and assist clients in person and over the telephoneProvide general administrative support to the Family Law Team and office as ..... full job details .....
