These plans require experienced Commercial Insurance Underwriters who are looking to work within an Independent business where you can genuinely see your efforts having a positive impact. As an Underwriter you will: Work within the New Business Team to underwrite commercial new business enquiries that are submitted from a panel of key trading partners across the UKOperate within level of empowerment based on experienceDelivering exceptional service to customers based on both email and telephone engagementOffer advice and support to customers around suitable cover and pricing optionsWork closely with Senior Underwriters in the referral process for large or complex risks As an Underwriter you will have: A minimum of 2 years Commercial Underwriting experience preferably in Property, Casualty or Professional RisksExcellent communication and organisational skills Good understanding of the insurance market in the UKExperience of underwriting new business would be preferred but is not essential As an Underwriter you will receive: Salary up to circa £35,000Bonus structureCompany PensionExtensive benefits ..... full job details .....
