MERITUS are working with one of Europe''s leading defence manufacturers for the recruitment of a Maintenance Engineer to join their Stevenage site on a 12 Month contract basis. The role is full time on site paying 40 per hour via umbrella, and requires the incumbent of the position to be a sole UK National as the customer would look to start a security clearance. Overview of Department: We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join the Calibration and Maintenance Team. This role will involve supporting day-to-day operations, conducting repairs on process equipment and environmental stress screening facilities, and working from drawings, circuit diagrams, schematics, and user manuals. A strong understanding of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is essential.
