We are seeking a new team member for the Retail Capital Markets team at Associate Director or Director level. Colliers Retail Capital Markets team are market leading and deliver tailored asset and property advice to a wide range of clients across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced investment surveyor to gain hands-on experience within a market-leading real estate services firm. You will work within a team of six across several retail sectors, including Shopping Centres, High Street, Retail Parks and Food Stores, playing a key role in the day-to-day marketing, reporting and providing strategic advice to clients and overseeing property transactions.Company description

Lead and manage retail investment sales and acquisitions across all major retail sub-sectorsAdvise clients on strategy, pricing, marketing and negotiation throughout the transaction lifecycleOriginate new business opportunities through established relationships and active networkingDeliver client pitches, investment reports and tailored advice with precision and commercial insightWork closely with colleagues across agency, development, valuation and research to provide an integrated service offeringRepresent Colliers at client meetings, industry events and conferencesSupport and mentor junior members of the team, contributing to overall team development and performanceQualifications
MRICS-qualified with 4 to 5+ years’ post-qualification experience, ideally within retail investment or capital marketsProven track record in successfully executing complex investment transactionsCommercially astute with strong financial and strategic acumenConfident communicator and negotiator with excellent client-facing skillsEstablished network of institutional and/or private investors (preferred but not essential)Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-performance team environmentAmbitious, proactive and driven to progress within the businessBenefits
