A specialist international manufacturing firm in metal based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire are looking for some experienced TIG welders to join the growing company on a permanent basis. You need to be a confident TIG Welder with experience in a manufacturing environment alongside having a selection of fabrication techniques. Additional experience of MIG welding and working with pressure vessels would be advantageous, as would Dye Penetrant, CSWIP or PCN2 qualifications.The RolePredominantly TIG welding - working to accredited, regulatory codesUnderstanding information prescribed within Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS)Non welding eg forming, grinding, operating overhead cranes They also offer a fantastic benefits package: - Salary offered is between 33 - 36k (Potentially higher depending on experience) Overtime is paid at time and a half and double at the weekends.
