Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Product Specialist/Manager to support the successful delivery of our Finance Transformation Programme. This contract role will be instrumental in the lead-up to our go-live on July 1st, and in ensuring a smooth transition into Business as Usual (BAU) operations.The role sits within the Product Lines team and will work closely with both technology and finance stakeholders to ensure that the new finance system meets business needs and is effectively embedded across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Act as a product lead for the Oracle Fusion finance system implementationDrive progress across workstreams to ensure readiness for go-liveCollaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and prioritise enhancementsProvide strategic input into how the system is adopted and optimised post go-liveSupport the transition of the system into BAU, working closely with the internal product teamEssential Experience and Skills:Strong product mindset, with a focus on value delivery and continuous improvementHands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (essential)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsProven ability to take ownership and move work forward independentlyBackground in product management, delivery management, or application support with strategic exposureNot suitable for project managers Rullion celebrates and supports diversity and is committed to ensuring equal opportunities for both employees and ..... full job details .....
