DV cleared service desk analyst - on site in Wiltshire - £400 inside IR35Exalto consulting are currently recruiting for a contract service desk analyst, must currently hold DV clearance and be transferable. You would need to go to site 5 days a week in Wiltshire and this is paying £400 per day inside IR35 Key Duties and Responsibilities Provide 1st line support where required, supporting customers users with first time fixes and account creations Assist with configuration and development of ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management, Remedy, and chat services such as Mattermost. Oversee and improve ITIL-based service management processes, such as incident, problem, change, and configuration management. Understanding of systems such as Active Directory, cloud environments.
