We are also investing in future-growth initiatives such as blockchain, AI and ML, and forming partnerships with fintechs to expand our offerings.As a Cash Concentration Product Vice President in the Liquidity and Account Solutions team, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing Physical Cash Concentration and Access Liquidity Solutions products. Your role includes product development, commercialization, strategy, and daily management to ensure market viability, regulatory compliance, and risk control. You will work closely with global teams to provide innovative solutions worldwide.Job Responsibilities

Understand market requirements and contribute to product development strategies, including client visibility via the Access Liquidity Solutions portal.Drive regional and global growth through management of client penetration targets.Produce and monitor KPIs to drive product revenue and identify emerging trends.Execute launch plans for new products and enhancements, including post-implementation monitoring.Identify risk attributes and client segments utilizing these products.Collaborate with Risk, Legal, and Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence and risk management.Maintain strong controls across all operational activities, including onboarding, legal, and tax processes.Manage and remediate risk issues proactively.Participate in client meetings to promote growth.Develop marketing and communication plans for new initiatives.Contribute to training on product mechanics and sales guidelines.Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in product, operational, or business management.Banking knowledge, especially in Payments and Liquidity Management.Strong stakeholder partnership skills.Self-starter with initiative and efficiency.Understanding of regulatory and control environments.Excellent communication skills.Strong analytical, financial, and strategic skills.Organizational and project management skills.Preferred Skills

Experience with regulatory frameworks and risk management.Background in Liquidity Solutions.Proficiency in Alteryx.Client-facing experience.About Us
