About The Role of Team Leader As a Team Leader you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our service, providing support to staff and delivering high-quality, enabling care to those we support. You will assist the deputy manager in ensuring regulatory compliance. You won''t be alone in this; you''ll lead a team of Senior Support Workers and Support Workers, with additional support from other departments and your Locality Manager will also be on hand to support you. This job role covers multiple sites in Worcester Positive Behaviour Support and Management PBS and PBM experience is necessary.
