Planner Location: EastleighSalary: Up to £31,600 per annum DOEWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time We are currently recruiting for a Planner to join a busy and established organisation based in Eastleigh. This is a key coordination role, responsible for planning and scheduling workloads, ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently and progressed through to completion. You will work closely with internal teams, customers and external contractors to ensure work is delivered within agreed timescales and service standards. The successful candidate will be highly organised, confident managing competing priorities and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate daily workloads, ensuring tasks are allocated efficiently. Schedule appointments and works in line with agreed service levels and deadlines. Monitor the progress of jobs and follow up on outstanding works. Liaise with internal teams, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure work progresses smoothly. Keep databases and records accurate and up to date. Coordinate materials, appointments and resources where required. Identify and escalate any delays, compliance issues or potential problems. Provide clear and professional communication to customers and stakeholders. Support reporting and monitoring of workloads, performance and KPIs.
