You''ll play a key role in coaching, mentoring, assessing and guiding learners towards successful EPA Gateway readiness.As a Technical Skills Coach / Trainer, you''ll manage a caseload of Plumbing apprentices, delivering workplace coaching, assessment feedback, progress reviews, skills scans and learner support. You''ll work closely with apprentices, employers, line managers, apprenticeship teams and EPAOs to ensure learners remain on track and receive a high-quality apprenticeship experience.The ideal candidate will have strong Plumbing and Gas experience, alongside a Level 3 Plumbing and Heating qualification, CCN1 and CENWAT.
