The Role:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will:

• Ensure accurate order fulfilment and high-standard packing.
• Operate forklift, manage stock, and prepare goods for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and meet KPIs.
• Follow Health and Safety rules and ensure place is safe and secure to operate.
• Collecting and placing stock in various parts of the warehouse.
• Guide lorry drivers and making them park at loading / off-loading location.
• Checking & off-loading stock with forklift and placing at correct location.
• Making space in the warehouse to accommodate deliveries by driving pallet truck and hand stacking
• Operate shrink wrapping machine we shrink appox 150 pallets a day.
• Ability to work as a team and take responsibility of task in hand
• Ensure all trucks leave on time and fully loaded and items left behind.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment (desirable).
• Ability to Drive Forklift and electric pallet truck with confidence.
• Organised, proactive, focused and ability to plan ahead with a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry light/medium boxes and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication skills and a team player.
• Ability to lead and motivate your colleagues.
