About the role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting students'' learning by delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects, with a particular focus on Modern Foreign Languages. You won''t be responsible for planning or marking - your focus will be on engaging students, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and ensuring learning continues smoothly in the absence of the class teacher.

Key responsibilities:

• Delivering pre-set lessons in Spanish or French, and occasionally other subject areas.

• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

• Supporting students to stay on task and engaged in their learning.

• Building positive relationships with young people to help them achieve their best.

About you:

• Experience working with young people, ideally within a school environment.

• Fluent in at least one additional language, ideally Spanish or French.

• Confident, adaptable, and able to manage classroom situations effectively.

• Reliable, enthusiastic, and keen to develop your skills in education.
