Litigation Executive / Paralegal - MotorOur Motor team is growing, and we are seeking experienced Paralegal / Litigation Executives to join our Manchester office to support our expansion!What will you be doing?This is a great opportunity for a Litigation Executive looking to build on their experience, as you will manage a litigated caseload of small claims involving liability and vehicle damage claims.You will assist other Litigation Executives and Claims Handlers as needed with an average caseload of 100 files. Previous litigation experience handling claim files, especially defendant cases, is highly desirable.Your responsibilities will include drafting documents, applications, offers, orders, and directions; attending telephone conferences; managing cases in line with SLAs; reviewing quantum; valuing damages; formalizing case plans; and conducting negotiations with third parties, insurers, and clients.This is what the Hiring Manager, Raheema, says about the role:"The Motor volume area is a fast-paced, high-volume department handling a range of cases.
