Job Title: Junior Contract Manager Location: Bristol and Gloucester (Main Office in Bristol) Salary: Up to 43,000 + 5,000 Car Allowance Benefits: 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Career Progression We are looking for a Junior Contract Manager to join a leading Facilities Management company, overseeing a commercial portfolio across Bristol and Gloucester. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support a team of five engineers across multiple commercial sites Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring high service standards Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth contract delivery Conduct site audits, compliance checks, and manage health and safety procedures Assist with scheduling, work allocation, and performance management of engineers Liaise with subcontractors and manage procurement of materials as needed Requirements: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Previous experience in a supervisory or senior engineering role within FM Strong leadership and organisational skills Experience managing PPM and reactive maintenance contracts Full UK driving licence (essential) Benefits: Competitive salary up to 43,000 Compay car allowance 5,000 25 days holiday + bank holidays Clear career progression opportunities within a growing FM provider Pension and additional ..... full job details .....
