Harris Hill are delighted to be working with Stella Maris to recruit for the Head of Individual Giving role in order to lead and grow the charity individual fundraising programme at an exciting time of organisational growth. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting, retaining and developing individual donors, ensuring Stella Maris has the sustainable income needed to deliver its mission. You will lead our Individual Giving team and oversee national appeals, including the flagship Sea Sunday Appeal, engaging Catholic parishes across England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.This is a senior, strategic role for a motivated fundraiser who combines leadership, creativity and strong analytical skills with a passion for making a difference.
