As they continue to scale, they are looking for a qualified and commercially savvy Finance Manager to join the leadership team and drive financial performance, reporting, and strategy.The Role: As Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations and ensuring robust controls are in place to support sustainable growth. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial management, monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and liaising with project managers to provide accurate financial insight on active projects.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all accounting functions including month-end, year-end, and statutory reportingDevelop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projectionsPrepare management accounts and provide analysis to support strategic decision-makingEnsure compliance with tax and regulatory requirementsWork closely with project and site managers to monitor job costing, project profitability, and budget variancesManage payroll, invoicing, and supplier paymentsLiaise with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholdersIdentify process improvements and cost-saving opportunitiesQualifications and Experience:ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional finance qualificationMinimum 5 years'' post-qualification experience in a finance roleExperience in the construction, ..... full job details .....
