Are you an enthusiastic and nurturing Early Years Teacher looking to inspire young learners at the beginning of their educational journey£ Supply Desk is seeking a dedicated EYFS teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Watford.
This is a full-time role, starting after the May half-term or in September, ideal for someone passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a warm, inclusive classroom.

Role andamp; Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons within the EYFS framework.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that supports each childandrsquo;s individual growth.
- Plan and assess learning activities in line with EYFS curriculum goals and learning outcomes.
- Monitor and record pupilsandrsquo; progress, providing feedback to parents and carers.
- Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to ensure consistency in care and learning.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and other early years staff to deliver a cohesive, child-centered approach.
- Promote social, emotional, and behavioural development through play-based learning and positive reinforcement.
£ The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be a qualified teacher with QTS and experience in Early Years education.
- Demonstrate a passion for early childhood learning and child development.
- Be confident in implementing the EYFS framework and planning engaging lessons.
- Foster a positive classroom culture that celebrates each childandrsquo;s unique abilities.
- Communicate effectively with both adults and children.
- Be proactive, organised, and flexible in meeting classroom and school needs.
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check.
