This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting Year 5 and Year 6 pupils through SATs preparation, booster sessions and targeted interventions for lower-ability learners.Your Day-to-Day:Deliver small group and 1:1 booster sessions to help pupils reach expected standards.Support pupils who need targeted intervention to build confidence and close learning gaps.Work collaboratively with the Year 6 team to track progress and adjust learning plans.Reinforce key learning objectives and provide feedback to teachers on pupil attainment.Support classroom learning and promote positive attitudes towards challenge and resilience.Prepare and adapt learning resources to suit the needs of individual pupils.Foster a supportive, motivating and inclusive learning environment where every child can achieve success.About You:Experience working in Key Stage 2 particularly with Year 5 or Year 6 pupils is highly desirable.Confident in supporting pupils with varying levels of ability, including those below age-related expectations.Knowledge of the KS2 national curriculum and an ..... full job details .....
