Aspire People are recruiting Learning Support Assistants for primary schools and are interested in candidates with transferable experience from a range of child-focused backgrounds. You could be a youth worker, tutor, sports coach, childcare professional, mentor, nursery practitioner, children''s activity leader , or someone who has previously worked within a school without holding a TA qualification. What matters is your experience working with children and your ability to build positive relationships and support their development.
