This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and commercially driven Store Manager to play a key role in the launch and success of a new store. You will take ownership of the day-to-day operation, lead and develop a large team, drive sales and KPIs, and create an exceptional customer experience from day one.

Store Manager Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the store
• Lead by example, driving sales, KPIs and overall commercial performance
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create an outstanding in-store experience
• Recruit, coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Set clear expectations and maintain consistently high operational and visual standards
• Manage budgets, control costs and analyse commercial data to identify opportunities
• Complete and contribute to weekly reporting and performance reviews
• Oversee HR processes, recruitment, onboarding and employee development
• Drive stock management and availability, ensuring strong operational standards
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards in line with the brand
• Work collaboratively with the wider management team, sharing best practice and driving continuous improvement
