Senior Draughtsperson Belcan Workforce Solutions are looking for an experienced Senior Draughtsperson for our client based in Derby. Job Description The Senior Draughtsperson will be responsible for the draughting team for the Derby office and be the point of contact for all product definition queries. The Senior Draughtsperson would be responsible to produce the most challenging drawings e.g. blades, blisks, ring-strut-rings and act as a checker for the drawings produced by the draughting team. Responsibilities Create and revise detailed engineering drawings for turbomachinery components for the most complex gas turbine components and perform a checking role for the Derby office Collaborate closely with design engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications. Ensure compliance with relevant aerospace regulations, standards, and quality control procedures and implement these standards to all the company''s drawings. Provide technical expertise and guidance to more junior draughtspeople within the team. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance design processes and methodologies Qualifications and Experience Bachelor''s degree, HND or equivalent experience in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical degree.
