Sales & Marketing Manager / Director

Leatherhead, Surrey | Fully Office BASED
Permanent | 37 hours | £70,000–£85,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join a growing business within the building services sector. Reporting to the Managing Directors, you'll lead an established sales team, develop commercial strategy and play a key role in driving business growth, with a clear pathway to Sales & Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the sales team.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy.
• Drive revenue, gross margin and business growth.
• Manage sales forecasting, KPIs and CRM (HubSpot).
• Oversee pricing strategy and customer relationships.
• Work closely with Marketing to maximise lead generation and ROI.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers and key industry contacts.
• Attend customer meetings, trade exhibitions and industry events.
• Support the wider management team in achieving business objectives.

About You

• Proven sales leadership experience.
• Background in Construction, Industrial or  Building Services
• Strong commercial awareness and forecasting experience.
• CRM experience (HubSpot desirable).
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Marketing experience and strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Desirable

• Technical product sales background.

Package

• £70,000–£85,000 salary
• Company bonus (up to 8%)
