Job Title: Healthy Homes Disrepair Senior Planner Type: PermanentLocation: EastleighSalary: up to £31,607 per annumHours: 37 hours a week BRC Recruitment are currently working with a leading social housing provider to recruit a Healthy Homes Disrepair Senior Planner to join their Homecare Directorate. This is a key role responsible for planning and delivering complex disrepair cases from initial inspection through to completion, ensuring cases are managed in line with legislation, SLAs and customer service standards. The Role As the Healthy Homes Disrepair Senior Planner, you will be responsible for: Managing and prioritising daily workloads to ensure jobs are completed within required timescales and KPIs are achieved. Providing day-to-day line management of Disrepair Schedulers, supporting performance and development. Ensuring disrepair cases and works are accurately recorded and tracked. Coordinating quoted works, approvals, purchase orders and contractor instructions. Managing the ordering and delivery of materials to ensure works can commence on time. Liaising with surveyors, supervisors and contractors to coordinate works through to completion. Ensuring disrepair pre-inspections and follow-on works are scheduled within the required SLA. Arranging post-inspections of completed works. Proofreading disrepair pre-inspection reports before submission to Legal.
