They can consider a Term-Time position for the right candidate! About the Role; As a key member of the team, you will: Provide a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5. Observe, support, and extend children s learning through play-based activities. Ensure all children are safe, well-cared for, and their individual needs are met. Work in partnership with parents, carers, and external professionals. Lead by example, mentoring and supporting fellow team members. Oversee room planning, organisation, and the implementation of EYFS principles. Ensure a high standard of safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene procedures. Communicate effectively with families and contribute to a positive nursery atmosphere. Requirements; Level 3 childcare qualification or above. Strong knowledge of EYFS and child development milestones. Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and support a team. A commitment to providing high-quality early years education.
