Warehouse administratorWe are recruiting a Warehouse Administrator in Banbury, to work as part of a team providing general warehousing support, to ensure the smooth flow of product through the warehouse.Responsibilites: Ensure Environmental, Health and Safety requirements are met:-o Comply with HandS policy and standardso Identify and report hazards, incidents and accidentso Keep work area clean and tidy Respond to ad hoc customer enquiries on the phone and via email in a timely and professional manner. Quality checking packaging of stock coming in and out Check that allocations. Confirm that the pallet quantity of each allocation matches the expected pallet quantity indicated on the customer''s email. Reply to the customer''s emails confirming the actual pallet quantity of each allocation. Liaise with transport and update the operation where alterations to routes and picking deadlines have taken place. Respond to queries regarding picking issues, referring them to management or stock control where necessary. Carry out picking or inbound activities when dictated by operational requirements.
