Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm | Friday 8:30am–3:15pm

 

Are you friendly, professional and confident speaking with people? We’re looking for a Temporary Receptionist to provide reception cover in Leicester from 2nd November to 10th November.

 

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, is organised and can provide a welcoming and professional experience to visitors and callers.

What you'll be doing:

• Welcoming visitors and signing them in
  
  
• Answering and directing telephone calls
  
  
• Responding to general enquiries
  
  
• Managing incoming and outgoing post
  
  
• Supporting with general reception and administration duties
  
  
• Ensuring the reception area is kept professional and welcoming
  
  

What we're looking for:

• Previous reception, front-of-house or administration experience is desirable
  
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
  
• Professional and approachable manner
  
  
• Good organisation and attention to detail
  
  
• Reliable and available for the full temporary assignment
