You will work closely with a small team to help pupils navigate social situations, manage behaviour, and re-engage positively with their peers and staff. This role is particularly suited to individuals with experience or interest in working with pupils who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion from mainstream education.Key Responsibilities:Supervise pupils during breakfast and lunch times, promoting positive behaviour and social interaction.Support pupils in managing transitions between structured and unstructured parts of the day.Assist with the organisation and clearing away of lunch, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.Provide one-to-one or small group support as needed, under the guidance of teaching staff.Assist in the food preparation for lunch, delivering dinners which have been ordered into the school.
